A starting article will be about Public Utility Companies and the opportunity they had when handed over to communities at no charge except for their fair share of Ontario Hydro debt. We will study how some communities squandered that advantage, Peterborough Ontario is our example, and have passed on major cost increases to the citizens also known as undocumented tax increases. We are attempting to find a hand over that lived by both the letter and the spirit of the action, hopefully one that has its citizens elect the board of directors. Debt load is a major difference from company to company it seems.
