Here's the straight and narrow. We're looking for editors in various towns
in Ontario. You will be in control of your own site. There will be advertising
profit sharing.
eg) peterborough.ontariotimes.com can be reached like that directly or from
the Ontario Times Home Page.
Editors will have full control over their towns electronic newspaper, only
good judgement is required.
Editors will have secure FTP access to their site to upload files.
Each town will have a unique header, content and editor.
Common to all sites will be adversing.

are responsible for getting the information
for ads, Ontario Times will produce the ads
to ensure consistancy. |

on all sites will be split 40/20/40, 40% to
seller site, 20% split amongst other sites,
40% to Ontario Times |

ensure consistancy amongst the various sites
we will keep the left banner populated at all
times to display a minimum of 8 ads and the
top banner with a minimum of 4 ads. These ads
will be sites owned by Ontario Times and there
will be no compensation for those. For example
once the side banner a total of 8 sold ads
there will be no non compensated ads run by
Ontario Times on that site. This number 8 includes
ads from other sites in which your site profit
shares on a monthly basis. |

advertising revenue will be paid to the site
editor within 7 days of receipt of invoice
and on a once per month basis. |

termination
may be by either party with 30 days notice
unless cause exists. |

to accepting questionable ads you will need
to confer with us as some restrictions may
apply. (Adult, gambling and the like will be
considered on an individual basis) |
